Weigh In: Weeks 8 & 9

In case you missed it, I gained 2 lbs. last week. I expected it, but I wasn’t happy about it AT ALL. I buckled down and stayed pretty much on plan this week…and I lost SEVEN POUNDS!! 
Oh..and in case you missed it, I picked the bottom 3 on Idol correctly this week, though I was wrong about which one went home. But I am not disappointed that David H. got the boot. Now..to see if Kristy can sing Lennon/McCartney AGAIN without overloading us with country.
